Track and Field - Spring 2025
Speed Transcends all sports!
The goal of the Track and Field club will be to promote proper sprint mechanics to improve speed and agility.
We will incorporate fun drills, friendly competition, and encourage your child to perform their best; all the while training that running can be fun.
The Program will consist of weekly trainings starting this spring.
